What is GDPR?
The EU General Data Protection Regulation which replaces the Act in force in Poland and unifies applicable regulations for personal data processing in the European Union. The regulations in place so far had been created before new technologies, the geolocalisation technology, social media, profiling or cloud storage were developed.

What is the basis for personal data processing?
Personal data is processed on the following basis:
- necessity to fulfil your order;
- legally justified interest, e.g. responding to a complaint, marketing
purposes; - necessity to meet legal obligations, e.g. issuing and
storing invoices, accounting documents (tax- and revenue-related obligations); - your voluntary consent.
When do we acquire your personal data?
We may collect data from you in the following cases, for example: to conclude a contract, to enter a business relationship, to set up system access accounts, for the purposes of purchasing processes, to respond to complaints, to participate in training courses or express a wish
to receive newsletters, to register for trade fairs, etc.
How long is personal data retained?
Personal data is retained for the time required to fulfil a order or provide a service, as required by legal regulations e.g. tax, criminal and fiscal law, or until you withdraw your consent, which applies to a consent to receive marketing information.
What are your rights related to personal data processing?
The entities whose data is processed have the following rights:
- right to object to your data processing;
You can lodge a complaint if we process your data on the grounds of our legitimate
interest with which you do not agree. If the objection proves to be legitimate, your data
will be deleted; - right to amend (correct) your data;
This right can be exercised each time the processed data is incorrect or incomplete; - right to delete (forget) your data;
You can demand deleting your personal data in the following situations:
– when the consent on the basis of which the personal data was processed has been withdrawn;
– when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
– when an objection to data processing has been lodged;
– when personal data is processed against the law; - right to restrict data processing;
You can request that we do not process certain personal data (apart from storing it), but not completely delete it; - right to access your data;
This rights enables you to find out whether the data controller processes personal data,
which data is processes and for which purpose and within which time, and also to obtain a copy of your personal
data; - right to relocate your data;
You can apply to the data controller to prepare the data
in a structured form, in a format commonly suitable for machine-assisted reading
and/or request transferring data to another controller.
How can I manage my data or withdraw my consent to process it?
At any time, you can amend your consents as regards the method of communication with you,
correct your data or withdraw your consent to process it, using the register available at
