The CER MOTOR company was established in 1980 by Cezary Ruszkowski and Elżbieta Ruszkowska. In the 1970s and 1980s, Cezary Ruszkowski achieved success as an active rally and racing driver, multiple champion and runner-up of Polish motorsport races. As a motorsport fiend, he individually prepared engines for various competitions, which created solid foundations for our company’s success.
A wealth of experience in motorsport provides a solid foundation for the successes we achieve. Our company stands out not only because of our experise and skills, but also because of our long-standing sales experience and in-depth knowledge of market needs.

We offer the most diverse range of engine parts.
We offer the broadest assortment of dedicated engine parts for Western, Japanese and Korean passenger cars, vans and lorries. In 2004, we expanded our offering with engine parts for agricultural and construction machinery.
Presently, we are able to meet all customers’ expectations regarding engine part selection, in order to help them solve even most complex problems. Constant improvement of the quality of the goods offered and services provided is our company’s characteristic feature. In 2006, our efforts resulted in implementing a management system conforming to ISO 9001:2000.
All our suppliers hold ISO quality certificates, and most of them provides parts for the initial assembly. Our product offering includes over 150,000 items, which results in a comprehensive selection of products for our customers.
Our team
Cezary and Elżbieta, who graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, provide the technical expertise foundations for our team. The CER MOTOR sales force includes highly-qualified personnel dealing with a broadly-defined range of engines. Our company has 42 branches located all over the country. Our efficient distribution system enables us to fulfil orders within one day in many parts of Poland. We provide access to an online product catalogue for easy order placement and we also handle individual orders from our suppliers.
